It was hot but very fine day. I had a very good time with gests from the US. I didn’t know there were such greedy carps and snapping turtles in Genji Pond at Tsurugaoka Hachimangu in Kamakura. Genji Pond was full of lotus at this time of the year. We also enjoyed tea ceremony at Jyomyoji Temple.

Gluten-free foods are taken much attention these days as a healthy diet. Today I found a vegetable origin sweets café in Kamakura. They do not use wheat flour but rice flour. The taste is different from the usual sweets but is good. Once you have it, you love it, and you will never come back to the wheat base products. There are many secrets to be healthy in this restaurant.

I attended Kamakura Samurai Tour. I have never thought that there were such many Samurai admirers. We love Kamakura and Samurai warriors. It is a good idea to eat ancient Samurai meal in old Japanese-style house wearing Samurai costume. This is one of the most popular events in Kamakura. Today I accidentally found a nice place on the hill. It was amazing. This is definitely one of the best ocean view I have ever seen and makes me feel good. You can also see Mt. Fuji on the other side.
